The hotel's location was convenient for the festival and near the St. Lawrence River and the Thousand Islands. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including smoke detectors for safety. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always attentive.

The room was modern, and brand-new, with climate control, multi-channel television and a fridge. The staff was extremely helpful and especially helpful and provided good services. The location was comfy and ideal, for example, Pnc Field was not too far away from the hotel. Moreover, the area was fairly nice.

The hotel had exceptionally nice and ideal location near airport and casino and the shops / restaurants. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room, appreciated that...

The rooms were spotless and brand-new with beautiful views. Its location just a short walk away from PNC Field was comfy.

Room was never cleaned no fresh towels ,never made bed,I had to go to desk at 11:15 pm when we got in to ask for towels, coffee, sheets, TP which I was told towels were not ready yet would not be able to get for over an hour . That housekeeping would leave the fresh towels at door for morning and had nothing the next morning all we got was a set of waded up sheets that night had to wait till 10 am next morning for tp, coffee, tissues total disappointed with Marriott

This place offers spacious and contemporary rooms with a balcony, a bedroom, and a Jacuzzi, all for a reasonable price, and it's conveniently located near the bistro for breakfast and various restaurants.

The front desk woman was not friendly not happy with her attitude

WHAT I LIKED AND ENJOYED THE MOST WAS THE STAFF AND THE CONVENIENCE OF EVERYTHING FROM THE WATER PARK TO THE SHOPPING MALLS, AND MOVIE THEATER. I MENTIONED IT WAS MY FIANCE'S BIRTHDAY TO THE STAFF (RENEE AND STACEY) AND THEY MADE HIM FEEL SPECIAL, AND ALSO THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE PART OF THE FAMILY. WE WERE HAVING SUCH A GOOD TIME, WE EXTENDED OUR STAY TO ONE MORE DAY, WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN.

Good location, right next to a few restaurants and a coffee store, all right up the hill!

The location was ideal for this visit (close to the Univ of Scranton and work) and to the shops/restaurants. There was enough parking space and the room itself is spacious.

Housekeeping forgot to replace towels - there were 4 of us and only 1 was left after the 1st day of the visit.
